Elk stuk dat we maken, wordt met zorg behandeld, vanaf het moment dat je bestelling wordt geplaatst tot het moment dat deze aankomt. Hieronder vind je informatie over ons bestelproces, verzendmethoden en leveringsprocedures.
Houd er rekening mee dat de verzending verschilt tussen objecten en tafels, vanwege hun formaat en benodigde behandeling.
Onze marmeren tafels worden op bestelling gemaakt en met de hand afgewerkt. Elk stuk is uniek, met natuurlijke variaties in tint, adering en karakter. Zodra uw bestelling is geplaatst, begint de productie en wordt uw tafel speciaal voor u gemaakt. U ontvangt een bevestiging per e-mail, gevolgd door updates gedurende het hele proces.
Onze marmeren accessoires zijn klaar voor verzending en volgen het standaard verzendproces hieronder.
Zoals bij alle natuursteen kunnen er subtiele variaties optreden. Deze maken deel uit van de natuurlijke schoonheid van het materiaal. Als u vragen heeft of persoonlijke assistentie wenst, neem dan gerust contact met ons op.
Onze kleinere marmerstukken worden zorgvuldig verpakt om een veilige levering te garanderen.
Verwerking & Levering
Geschatte levertijd: 2–10 werkdagen, afhankelijk van de bestemming.
U ontvangt een verzendbevestiging zodra uw bestelling is verzonden.
Verzending
Verzendkosten worden berekend bij het afrekenen.
Wij bieden gratis verzending binnen Europa voor bestellingen boven €175.
Internationale levertijden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van douaneprocedures en lokale omstandigheden.
Elke tafel wordt individueel vervaardigd en vereist een gespecialiseerd leveringsproces. Verzendkosten voor tafels zijn inbegrepen, tenzij anders vermeld op de productpagina.
Productie
Geschatte productietijd: 6–8 weken. Elke tafel wordt op bestelling gemaakt en met de hand afgewerkt, wat precisie, duurzaamheid en een verfijnde afwerking garandeert.
Levering
Vanwege hun grootte en gewicht worden tafels geleverd via professionele vrachtvervoerders.
De levering vindt plaats aan de stoeprand. De vervoerder neemt vooraf contact met u op om een geschikte levertijd af te spreken.
Voor bestellingen binnen de Europese Unie is btw inbegrepen in de vermelde prijs. Voor bestellingen buiten de EU kunnen bij levering invoerrechten en lokale belastingen van toepassing zijn.

Made-to-Order Tables
Every doadoa table is individually crafted and finished by hand after the order has been confirmed. Each table is made specifically for the individual customer according to the specifications selected and confirmed for that order.
Production
The total estimated lead time for a made-to-order table is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. This period includes both production and freight delivery.

Delivery
Your table will be delivered by a professional freight carrier within the estimated total lead time of 6–8 weeks.
Once the table is ready for dispatch, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date or time window. Please ensure that the telephone number and email address provided with your order are correct.
Curbside Delivery
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, tables are delivered curbside to an accessible location at street level.
Standard curbside delivery does not include:
- carrying the table inside your home or building;
- delivery to an upper floor;
- unpacking;
- assembly or installation; or
- removal or disposal of packaging materials.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to the freight vehicle and for arranging sufficient assistance to move the table from the delivery point.
Please contact us before ordering if the delivery location has restricted access or if you require an alternative delivery arrangement. Any available additional service and its cost must be agreed before delivery.
Table Delivery Costs
Standard curbside delivery costs for tables are included unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
Any additional delivery charges, destination restrictions or special handling costs will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Responsibility
doadoa remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive it.
Please inspect the packaging and product carefully upon delivery. If your order appears damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product where possible.
Reporting visible damage within 48 hours helps us investigate the matter promptly. It does not limit or remove your statutory consumer rights.
Taxes and Import Duties
For orders delivered within the European Union’s VAT and customs territory, applicable VAT is included in the price shown at checkout. No import duties are normally payable.
Certain territories associated with EU Member States fall outside the EU VAT and/or customs territory. Orders delivered to these territories may therefore be subject to local taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees or other charges.
For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges may apply. Unless these charges are calculated and collected during checkout or expressly stated as included, they are the responsibility of the customer.
