Elk doadoa-stuk is vervaardigd met zorg en aandacht voor detail, ontworpen om een gevoel van rust, karakter en tijdloze elegantie in uw ruimte te brengen.
Als het om welke reden dan ook niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoet, kunt u binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling een retour aanvragen.
Retourneren
Artikelen dienen ongebruikt, in originele staat en verpakking te worden geretourneerd.
De kosten voor de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant.
Door de natuurlijke eigenschappen van marmer worden variaties in kleur, textuur en adering niet beschouwd als gebreken.
Retourproces
Om een retourzending aan te vragen, kunt u binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling contact met ons opnemen. Na goedkeuring ontvangt u instructies over hoe u uw artikel kunt retourneren.
Zorg ervoor dat het product veilig is verpakt en in originele staat wordt geretourneerd. Wij raden u aan een verzendmethode met tracking en verzekering te gebruiken, aangezien wij niet verantwoordelijk kunnen worden gehouden voor artikelen die tijdens de retourzending verloren gaan of beschadigd raken.
Terugbetalingen
Zodra uw retourzending is ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, wordt uw terugbetaling binnen 14 werkdagen verwerkt.
Terugbetalingen worden gedaan via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
Verzendkosten worden niet terugbetaald. De verwerkingstijden kunnen variëren, afhankelijk van uw betaalprovider.
Uitzonderingen
Artikelen die op bestelling of op maat zijn gemaakt, inclusief tafels die speciaal voor een klant zijn geproduceerd, komen niet in aanmerking voor retournering.
Beschadigde of incorrecte artikelen
Als uw bestelling beschadigd of incorrect aankomt, neem dan zo spoedig mogelijk contact met ons op, bij voorkeur binnen 48 uur na levering. Wij zullen het probleem beoordelen en samen met u naar een passende oplossing zoeken.
Refunds
We will refund the applicable amount within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned accessory or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The direct cost of returning an accessory to doadoa is the responsibility of the customer. These return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, including when the entire order is returned.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the original purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
For the avoidance of doubt, the refund of the original standard delivery costs does not include the cost of shipping the item back to doadoa. The return shipment remains at the customer’s expense. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If an item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, the necessary return costs will be covered by doadoa in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Natural Stone
Marble is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, texture, pattern and minor natural characteristics are inherent to the stone and make every doadoa piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is damaged, defective or materially different from its description or the specifications confirmed with you.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we ask that visible transport damage is reported within 48 hours so that we can investigate it promptly.
Not reporting an issue within 48 hours does not limit or remove your statutory consumer rights.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
