doadoa is a Dutch design brand specialising in handcrafted and made-to-order furniture, washbasins and interior accessories made from natural stone.

Through this website, customers can explore our collections, submit bespoke design enquiries and purchase selected products online.

We ship to the Netherlands, selected countries within the European Union and selected international destinations. Available delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process or communicated in the relevant quotation before an order is confirmed.

Natural Materials and Product Information

Our products are handcrafted from natural materials. Variations in colour, veining, texture and pattern are inherent characteristics of natural stone and make every doadoa piece unique.

Minor dimensional and finish tolerances may occur as a result of the natural material and artisanal production process. Any such tolerances will remain within the specifications or reasonable tolerances stated on the relevant product page, order confirmation or quotation.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, materials, proportions and finishes as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of a product may differ slightly from photographs, renders and other digital visualisations due to natural material variations, lighting conditions, screen settings and the handcrafted production process.

Photographs, renders and digital visualisations are intended to provide an accurate representation of the relevant design, but cannot reproduce every individual characteristic of natural stone.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if a product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the purchase agreement or the specifications confirmed with you.

Made-to-Order and Bespoke Products

Certain doadoa products are individually manufactured after an order has been confirmed and may be produced according to specifications selected or approved for the individual customer.

Where a product is made to the customer’s individual specifications or is otherwise clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. The made-to-order or bespoke status of a product and any applicable exclusion will be clearly stated before purchase.

Please consult our Return & Refund Policy and the relevant product information before placing an order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a made-to-order or bespoke product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the purchase agreement.
